These videos show the basic warm up routines amazing gymnast Alina Kabaeva does. Unfortunately no English subtitles but you do not really need to understand what she says: it is about trying to replicate the workout yourself.

It is pretty impossible for me to imagine I’d ever be able to do even 1% of the stuff, but hey, it is inspiring to watch!
