Stretching

Stretching for flexibility has a number of health benefits. I was certainly not the first to discover them, so I can only refer you to proper sources, which I will do in the posts later.

From my experience stretching can be very challenging; it hurts; it can be very frustrating due to slow progress; but I cannot stop trying. It is almost compulsive, even though it’s often accompanied by boredom and pain; I learned the hard way not too push it too hard and demand that it happens quickly…
